Does Costley Mill Park allow fishing?

Costley Mill Park does not allow fishing. We do have a reservoir open for fishing at
3001 Black Shoals Road Conyers, Ga 30012. Please call 770-761-1611 for questions, etc.

Does Costley Mill Park allow pets?

Dogs are allowed in the park, but they must always be kept on a leash, and owners are responsible for picking up waste.
Dogs are not allowed on the beach.

Can I reserve my event online?

Facilities are currently not available for online reservations.

Can I bring alcohol into the park?

Alcohol is not allowed in the park unless it is being served by a Rockdale County approved vendor.

Can I have a photoshoot in the park?

Photo shoots are allowed in the park during available times. Reservations are strongly recommended.
Completion of a Photography Agreement is required prior to proceeding with photoshoot. For availability

Can I drive through the park?

Only county authorized motor vehicles are allowed in the park.

Can I have an event at the park?

Yes. Please contact our office, to begin your reservation process, at 770-278-7209

Can I swim at the beach?

Swimming is only allowed during swimming season, when there is a lifeguard on duty.

How long is the walking trail?

The trail is approximately 1 mile if you follow the yellow dotted trail.

Can I ride my bike along the trail?

Bikes are allowed on the trail. Motorized vehicles are not permitted.
